Tri Unity International Home Business Success Training Ideas: Organizing Your “To Do Daily Promotional” Bookmarks and Folders
With information overload and a wide variety of marketing tool type opportunities which can help to build your Tri Unity International primary career home business and limited time to achieve effective business building results each day….it is good to develop a simple system that gives you the capability for maintaining daily effective online promotional consistency.
I have created a bookmarks folder which I place at the top of my bookmarks which is labeled “To Do Daily Promotions”. Under that folder are several sub folders….one for each day of the week….labeled “To Do Mondays”, “To Do Tuesdays” and so on. Then within the daily folders I work towards discovering and adding the website links to the most responsive online marketing resources.
Good to just start out with a few effective marketing resources, for each day and develop the habit to remain consistent….then as you are able to accomplish this, just add some more to each days list. When you discover better ones than what you are currently using you can add them or replace some of the previous ones.
Works towards gradually achieving a goal for obtaining the most responsive online marketing resources, such as solo ads, listbuilders, banners, text ads set and forget search engine submit systems, etc. Then work on streamlining the time it takes to submit to each one, as well as writing and re writing your ads to be short and effective.
Monitor your effectiveness in each ad campaign at each marketing resource location by creating an adtracker website link, specifically for each campaign you are promoting.
I also have 2 other bookmark sub folders listed under the “To Do Daily Promotions” bookmark folder which are labeled “A To Do Daily” and “B To Do” and with the “A To Do Daily” I place those links that I visit every day….such as checking the adtracker statistics, daily search engine submit, adding to my autoresponder email content, article writing and others.
“B To Do” Is for Folders labeled “Traffic Exchanges” and “Safelists” and I do those when there is extra time.
Then located in my computers sliding toolbar I place some folders with big icons labeled “Promotional Emails” where I have a folder for Tri Unity and other marketing tool type opportunities and a folder for my “Contact Lists” where I place my inhouse email list, gotriunity and ggmoneymachine pre enrollee lists and other lead source lists and there is a big icon in my computer sliding toolbar for my group emailer software.
In addition I have a folder for “Notepad Notes” where I have subfolders listing each main catagory for placing notes under, such as with Tri Unity I place notes from the conference calls there.
In addition I created a folder for “My Links” which is a list of my promotional websites including the adtracker websites for each campaign, so that I can quickly copy and paste them.
Folders for both “WebDesign” and “Marketing Resources” are placed in bookmarks as subfolders at the bottom under “To Do Daily Promotions” and also these 2 folders have a seperate location in my computer sliding toolbar for those resources which are files….such as software.
By being organized like this and writing and re writing new short effective ads, with practice, you can just keep on increasing the daily exposure of your Tri Unity promotions, until you reach your new member signup goals.
It is difficult these days for average networkers to not get distracted and make their promotional time as effective as possible, which is why its also good to have a journal or daily business introspection checklist, where you ask yourself questions at the end of each day about the effectiveness of each ad resource, each promotional email letter or ad or asking yourself “what does my downline need to achieve better results” etc.
Good to also keep the 4 basic steps for promotional success which is taught on the Tri Unity training calls, where you can see them regularly….these 4 steps that the top earners follow are:
Step 1: Exposure – Make sure your opportunity advertising is reaching whatever number of viewers that you need to have the capability for reaching your new member signup goals…..top earners have at least 4 to 5 different effective advertising methods going at the same time.
Step 2: Presentation: Presenting your opportunity details to those who have requested it from you in Step 1.
Step 3: 3rd Party Validation: This can be accomplished with 3 way calls with prospects, inviting prospects to the conference calls etc.
Step 4: Close: This can be just a simple statement such as “Are you ready to get started?” If you receive a “YES” response then that is great…if you receive a “NO” response that is great also, as you are sorting prospects to find your new future downline leaders, who with their own initiative have recognized that Tri Unity is their opportunity and with every “NO” response your getting closer to a “YES”!!
